Receive through service with an open heart

Receive through service with an open heart

What is it in your life that lights you up?  What are you passionate about?  Is that where your career is at this moment? I’m not suggesting that if you have a passion that you should own a business around that passion. Sometimes our careers in life provide us with the insight and awareness that when we are presented with something that lights us up and we pursue that path, it gives us a unique perspective. And when we serve with an open heart, we are preparing ourselves to receive with an open heart.

2:10 – Different ways we can pursue our passion

3:55 – Why you should receive with an open heart

10:35 – Why AYNI is such an important concept

14:52 – What to ask yourself if you are looking to bring some meaning to your life

What can hypnosis help with?

What can hypnosis help with?

One of the most common questions asked of me is, “Knowing what we know about how powerful the mind is, and all we know about stress, why isn’t hypnosis the first-line option?”  That is the million-dollar question. Clearly, stress can have a significant impact on our health.  Without a doubt, we have some degree of influence over 97% of diseases we may be predisposed to.  If your mind can influence it, hypnosis can help with it.  I’ll explain everything in today’s episode.

3:07 – Clarification around hereditary diseases and conditions that we are pre-disposed to

5:12 – How stress affects us without even realizing it

3 Things COVID-19 taught me as a new CEO

3 Things COVID-19 taught me as a new CEO

Today I want to talk about three things COVID-19 taught me as a new CEO. Investing in my personal transformation is the best thing I could’ve done for myself.  In a time where the outcome we expected to happen, didn’t happen, I was able to step back, learn from it, adjust, and move forward because of my personal transformation work.  It is also super important to have a network of people that gives you a safe place to express, feel, and witness others who are going through the same thing.  We are going through a grieving process because we’ve lost our routines, predictability, business plans, and dreams for 2020.  It doesn’t mean those dreams will never happen, they’re just not going to happen yet. It’s ok to grieve. When something like a pandemic strikes, learn to step back and evaluate.  If you have to adjust and do something that you don’t like temporarily, then that’s what you have to do.  It’s all about being adaptable and resilient.

2:11 – The first lesson this pandemic has taught me is to invest in myself

5:05 – How to learn to be unattached to outcomes

5:51 – The second thing COVID-19 has taught me the importance of having a network of people who understand what it is you do

9:32 – The third thing I learned:  it’s ok to grieve
