Long before I became a hypnotist, I noticed that a patient’s attitude was everything when it came to their healing. It didn’t control it, but it was a major factor in how they dealt with their illness, and therefore, how easily their body was able to heal from it. Back in November, I was diagnosed with COVID and ended up with a severe case. I used self-hypnosis specifically once I reached the point where I felt well enough. Once I began using that, things began to shift very rapidly for me. So today, I want to discuss the power of the mind in healing.

Attachment is one of the few things we consider when we look at how we feel about where we are in our life, business, and sometimes when we’re simply unhappy. When I was in the hospital recently, I had a knowing that my own health and well-being are most important to me. You might be surprised to find that you’re attached to things unknowingly.
