This is a special week for me. I’m celebrating a birthday, a big one: the big 50. One of the things we tend to think about as we get older in years is our health. So many times, we tend to wait until we’re feeling it before we do anything about it. In this modern day society, we’ve normalized a lot of stress subconsciously. It becomes our everyday state, and we don’t really notice it anymore. As many as 90% of doctors visits are brought on by symptoms related to stress. So how do we address this?
